Do I need self defence experience to attend?
No experience is required to attend. Are you concerned for your safety and the safety of others? Then these seminars are for you.
What should I wear?
Loose clothing. A regular t shirt and track pants or shorts. Please avoid wearing tops with straps in the event defence against shirt grabs are practiced. Bring a water bottle.
